We track every move. You are just a number for our analytics software: Google Analytics and HotJar.

How we retain your data

We retain your data for one month after you last signed in. We only store two unique fields in our database directly related to you. Three additional fields for safety. The first field is a unique string to identify you with. Its an encrypted combination of your name and email. The same value is stored in a cookie in your browser. This is how we know who you are each time you come back to the website.  The second value is a refreshtoken used to request a temporary accesstoken from Micorsoft allowing us to open your mailbox.
The other fields record information about your last successfull login attempt: date, which browser you used and the ip address of the used connection.

What rights you have over your data

We do not hold any information regarding the contents of you  email account. We do hold a unique access token for your account enabling us to request your mails from your inbox. This is needed to be able to display your messages.

Go to manage permissions to revoke access to this application if you no longer wish to use Outlook Start application. The menu displayed in the image is accessible when you are logged in. Click on the gear icon to open this menu. choose manage permissions.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
